This Thanksgiving, experience a luxurious retreat at The Weston, a boutique hotel that embodies Vermont’s seasonal beauty and culinary brilliance in one of Vermont’s most beautiful towns.

Recently recognized by Condé Nast Traveler, Goop, Forbes, Fortune, and The New York Times, The Weston offers an elevated retreat where Thanksgiving traditions meet modern elegance, thoughtful hospitality, and award-winning cuisine.
Sophisticated Accommodations and Relaxing Amenities
The Weston features nine elegantly designed guest rooms and suites across two restored buildings, each blending upscale décor with global influences from the West Indies and the Far East.
The Grand Suite sets the tone for refinement with original art, luxurious fabrics, and a spacious bath adorned with Lefroy Brooks fixtures.
Guests can unwind with in-suite dining, relax on private outdoor decks, or indulge in rejuvenation at The Weston’s tranquil spa and sauna—the perfect complement to a cozy Vermont getaway.
Dine at The Left Bank: Award-Winning French Country Cuisine

The centerpiece of The Weston experience is The Left Bank, the hotel’s celebrated on-property restaurant led by Executive Chef Bretton Combs. Known for crafting French country cuisine inspired by the world’s finest bistros, Chef Brett brings a thoughtful, seasonal touch to every plate.
The Left Bank has been recognized for the second year in a row in Wine Spectator’s 2025 Restaurant Awards for its outstanding wine program and was just named a winner in USA TODAY 10 Best’s 2025 Readers’ Choice Award for Best Hotel Restaurant—a true testament to its exceptional dining experience.
A Special Thanksgiving Menu to Savor
This Thanksgiving, The Left Bank invites guests to enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu ($95) that celebrates the best of Vermont’s harvest.
Your culinary journey begins with an Amuse Bouche of deviled egg and Brussels sprout, followed by a choice of Harvest Salad or Honeynut Squash Bisque.
For the main course, choose between Herb-Roasted Turkey or Wagyu Short Rib, accompanied by a medley of seasonal sides: wild mushroom haricot vert sauté, roasted garlic pomme purée, cranberry satsuma relish, and herb cottage rolls.
To finish, indulge in dessert with Riz au Lait Brûlée (apple rice pudding with wafer cookie straws) or Pumpkin Pot de Crème served with shortbread cookies.
Chef Brett shares, “With a successful season at our Farm, we’re thrilled to showcase ingredients grown right here in our community and can’t wait to welcome guests to celebrate with us this Thanksgiving.”
The Farm at The Weston: Where Fresh Flavor Begins

Adding to The Weston’s commitment to sustainability and flavor, The Farm at The Weston serves as the heart of its farm-to-table philosophy. The regenerative, pesticide-free property spans 50 scenic acres and supplies The Left Bank with fresh, heirloom produce, herbs, and flowers throughout the season.
Guests can expect farm-fresh ingredients like Black Strawberry Tomatoes and Pusa Asita Black Carrots, cultivated in partnership with Antoinette Kessler, a multigenerational farmer from North Dakota. Many of these ingredients even make their way into The Left Bank’s herb-infused cocktails.
