Come out for a FREE All-Ages Street Party Packed with Music, Food, Fun & Community Spirit on Saturday, May 10, 2025

Ready for the ultimate spring celebration?
The 4th Annual Kingman Fest is taking over downtown Kingman Street in St. Albans on Saturday, May 10th, from 5 to 9 pm, and you’re invited.
This is a FREE, family-friendly block party, rain or shine, to kick off Vermont’s summer festival season.
This beloved community bash is hosted in collaboration with St. Albans For The Future (SAFF), with proceeds going to support SAFF’s mission to help revitalize this beautiful town. That means every laugh, dance move, and bite you take helps make Saint Albans even better.
A sampling of the evening’s events:
At 7:30 pm, Kingman Street transforms into a rock arena as fan-favorite Jesse Agan (of “The Music of Queen”) joins forces again with powerhouse vocalist Morgan Myles for an epic night of chart-topping hits across genres.
Backed by Vermont legends Andre Maquera and Gary Spaulding (8084), plus Thom Carvey, Dana Ross, and special guest Randy Smith, you’ll be singing along to Bon Jovi, Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Cher, Queen, and more!
Family Fun (5 –7 pm)
Before the music kicks off, bring the kiddos for:

Shining a Light with Afterglow Alley
