For an unforgettable cultural experience in Burlington this September, mark your calendars for the 2nd Annual Burlington Baroque Festival, taking place from Thursday, September 18, through Sunday, September 21, 2025.

This four-day celebration of Baroque music will be held in the heart of downtown Burlington at the College Street Congregational Church, a beautifully intimate venue that promises to bring this centuries-old music to life in new and unexpected ways.
This isn’t just another concert series. It’s a rare opportunity to hear world-class musicians perform on the period instruments for which this music was originally composed, right here in Vermont.
Under the direction of Eric Milnes, the Burlington Baroque Festival brings together an incredible lineup of internationally acclaimed artists.
The Festival Artists-in-Residence, L’Harmonie des Saisons Baroque Orchestra, are joined by the Burlington Baroque Festival Singers, creating an ensemble of over 60 musicians from across the United States and Canada.
These artists regularly perform on renowned stages across Europe, South America, Asia, and North America, but for one week only, they’ll be performing in Burlington.
Whether you’re a longtime lover of Baroque music or new to the genre, this festival offers something truly special: historically informed performances, creative artistry, and a spirit of cross-border collaboration that celebrates the power of music to bring people together.
A Festival for the Community
The Burlington Baroque Festival is more than a celebration of music; it’s also a celebration of community.
This year, the festival is proud to support Spectrum Youth & Family Services, a nonprofit organization serving youth and families in the Burlington and St. Albans areas since 1970.
Each year, Spectrum serves more than 1,400 young adults (ages 12–26) and their families through a wide range of programs that meet essential needs, offer supportive housing, teach life skills, and provide mental health and substance abuse counseling.
Whether it’s a hot meal and a safe place to sleep or guidance for finding a job, earning a diploma, or navigating life’s challenges, Spectrum helps young people make and sustain positive changes so they can realize their full potential.
By attending the Burlington Baroque Festival, you’re not only supporting the arts, you’re also helping shine a light on an organization that has been transforming lives in our community for over five decades.
