Celebrate Ice Bar 2026 at Hotel Vermont in Burlington

Burlington’s most anticipated and lively winter event is back, and you’re invited!

Get ready for two nights of frosty festivities as Ice Bar returns to Hotel Vermont for its 14th annual celebration on Friday, February 27 & Saturday, February 28, 2026.

Winter in Burlington has a way of turning cold into celebration, and the Hotel Vermont Ice Bar does it better than just about anyone.

This frosty favorite returns to the harbor with two nights of ice sculptures, glowing lights, and spirited fun, plus a new theme that cranks the charm up a notch.

This year’s twist: a hoedown on the harbor. Think cowboy boots crunching on snow, wide-brim hats under string lights, and a dance floor warmed by good music and better company. The Wild West is riding east, and Burlington is ready.

A Winter Party Worth Braving the Cold

Each evening, the outdoor ice bars at Hotel Vermont will be pouring frosty cocktails made with local spirits, Vermont brews, and nonalcoholic options for anyone who prefers to keep things booze-free.

Chef Doug’s snacks will keep you fueled, while ice games, a photo booth, and glowing sculptures create plenty of excuses to linger outdoors.

Inside the party bubble, DJ Cre8 will be spinning crowd-pleasing hits all night long, drawing guests to the dance floor when the winter air starts to bite.

And because costumes make everything better, cowboy hats and boots are strongly encouraged. The best-dressed guest each night will ride off with two tickets to next year’s Ice Bar, a prize worthy of a victory lap.

Each ticket is valid for one night only, so be sure to choose your preferred evening when purchasing.

Tickets go on sale January 13, 2026, via Seven Days Tickets.

Friday Night (General Admission): $55
Includes entry from 6:00–9:30 pm and 2 tokens
Saturday Night (General Admission): $75
Includes entry from 5:30–9:30 pm and 3 tokens

Tokens can be redeemed for food, drinks, and a few fun surprises, with additional tokens available for purchase on site.

If you’d rather skip the late-night drive home, the Ice Bar Overnight Package lets you bundle your ticket with a stay at Hotel Vermont. It’s the easiest way to turn a single night out into a full winter escape.

Know Before You Go

The Ice Bar is a rain, snow, or shine event, and tickets are nonrefundable. They are transferable, though, so if plans change, you can pass your digital ticket along to another guest.
