From heart-pounding bluegrass and honky-tonk to enchanting crankie shows and community bonfires, this year’s festival lineup promises something for everyone. Wander through Willey Building Auditorium, Cabot Village Common, Cabot United Church, and Harry’s Hardware/The Den for an unforgettable weekend of creativity and camaraderie.
Festival Highlights
🎶 Wild Leek River – Friday, 7 pm, Willey Building
Kick off the weekend with a rollicking honky-tonk dance! This 5-piece country band will have you two-stepping the night away.
🎭 Crankie Show with Brendan Taaffe – Saturday, Noon, Willey Building
Prepare to be mesmerized as Brendan Taaffe brings stories to life with hand-cranked illustrated scrolls and heartfelt music.
🎤 Georgetown Chimes – Saturday, 3:45 PM, Village Common
Experience the soaring harmonies of this historic a cappella group as they grace Cabot with their legendary sound.
🎻 Sap Line – Saturday, 2:30 pm, Cabot United Church
Don’t miss this high-energy youth string band bringing fresh twists to New England’s musical traditions.
🏞️ Family Scavenger Hunt – Saturday, 9–11 am, Cabot Trails
Explore Cabot’s winter woods on a quest for nature’s treasures. Fun for all ages!
🔥 Bonfires, Games & Goodies – Saturday, 2:15–4:30 pm, Village Common
Warm up with mulled cider, hot cocoa, and a lively afternoon of games and singing around the bonfires.
🌄 Sunset Lantern Parade – Saturday, 4:20 pm, Village Common
Grab your lanterns and noisemakers for a magical parade celebrating the brighter days ahead!
🎸 Forest Station – Saturday, 7 pm, The Den at Harry’s Hardware
Cap off the festival with electrifying bluegrass from Vermont’s own Forest Station, featuring tracks from their new album Earth Tones.
