Hike Through Peacham Bog

Hike the Peacham Bog Loop Trail through the 200-acre Peacham Bog, one of the largest in the state!

Paddle on Ricker Pond

Stay at the small campground at Ricker Pond State Park and paddle with the loons each morning as the sun rises. 

Go for a swim at Boulder Beach

Boulder Beach State Park is the place to be for family swimming and picnicking. 

Hike to owl's Head

This is a moderately steep hike and just 1.5 miles, so you can easily hike up for the sunset and be back to your car before dark. 

Hike around Kettle Pond

The trail is strewn with boulders and the sparkling water of the pond is always visible through the trees. It’s a lovely trail for listening to the loons or discovering an elusive snowshoe hare.
